CREW READY SOLUTIONS
A 10-minute warm-up program that reduces muscle strains and keeps your crews healthy — delivered weekly via video.
THE PROBLEM
MUSCLE STRAINS ARE THE #1 WORKPLACE INJURY
Most safety programs focus on catastrophic events — falls, electrical, lockout. But the injuries actually keeping your crew off the tools? Soft tissue strains. And they're preventable.
#1
Most common workplace injury type: sprains and strains, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics
45%
Of all lost-time incidents in industrial workplaces are caused by sprains and strains
$35K+
Average cost per muscle strain workers' compensation claim, including medical and lost wages
THE SOLUTION
10 MINUTES TO A SAFER SHIFT
CrewReady is a structured physical preparedness program delivered via weekly video. Your crew follows along before shift — right alongside the toolbox talk.
10 MINUTES
Fits right before shift with zero schedule disruption. Less time than a toolbox talk — with a bigger impact on crew health.
JOB-SPECIFIC
Every session targets the exact muscle groups your crew loads that day — climbing, lifting, overhead work, confined-space positioning.
WEEKLY VIDEO
A fresh, professionally produced warm-up video delivered every week. Your crew follows along on-site — consistent quality, every shift.
WHY NOT JUST STRETCHING?
THERE'S A DIFFERENCE
Static stretching before physical work can actually increase injury risk. CrewReady uses dynamic movement prep — the evidence-based approach.
TRADITIONAL STRETCHING
✕Generic — same routine regardless of task
✕Static holds before physical work
✕No coaching on form or consistency
✕Often skipped or done halfheartedly
✕Can increase injury risk (research-backed)
CREW READY
✓Job-specific to the day's physical demands
✓Dynamic movement that activates muscles
✓Professionally produced video each week
✓Consistent quality — same standard every shift
✓Designed by a licensed physical therapist
HOW IT WORKS
THREE PHASES. TEN MINUTES.
Every CrewReady session follows a proven structure designed by a licensed physical therapist.
1
MINUTES 1–3: JOINT MOBILITY
Ankles, hips, shoulders, wrists — the joints that take the most abuse during a shift. We open up range of motion so your crew moves freely from the first task.
2
MINUTES 4–7: MUSCLE ACTIVATION
Firing up the glutes, core, rotator cuffs, and grip. We wake up the stabilizers before they're asked to perform under load — so nothing gets loaded cold.
3
MINUTES 8–10: FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS
Mimicking the actual positions your crew will work in that day — so their bodies are prepared for the demands, not reacting to them.
RESULTS
WHAT SITES ARE SEEING
FEWER STRAINS
Noticeable drop in soft tissue complaints and light-duty requests across participating sites.
BETTER MORALE
Crews start the day together with energy and focus. The warm-up becomes something they look forward to.
STRONGER CULTURE
After a few weeks, it becomes self-sustaining. Crews hold each other accountable — they want to do it.
LET'S SEE IF CREWREADY IS RIGHT FOR YOUR SITES
15 minutes. No obligation. Just a conversation about what physical preparedness could look like for your crew.
