Accountability

Accountability: The fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility.

We find our most successful patients are bought into the process of improving and hold themselves accountable outside of their appointments to put the work in to create adaptations and progress. Because we see our patients less in terms of number of appointments per week compared to an insurance (in network) PT clinic, it is even more important our patients hold themselves accountable to put the work in to create changes between sessions and reach their long term goals.

When our patients are committed, hold themselves accountable and take responsibility to get better, amazing results happen. When they have completed their physical therapy plan of care it makes a nice transition to working with us once per month through our performance plus program to continue to make progress while staying consistent outside of the clinic.

Is this easy? No. Is this for everyone? Nope. Is it worth it long term to live the life you want? Yes.

We hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend!
