Perspective Physical Therapy and Performance

What should I expect working with a performance physical therapist?

Working with a physical therapist is a great way to address movement dysfunctions, injuries, pains, etc. but not all physical therapists are the same. If you have been to a physical therapist before didn’t see the results you were hoping for, it wasn’t that you failed rehab or physical therapy wasn’t what you needed. Most of the time the provider you worked with wasn’t the right fit for you or maybe they didn’t have the skill set to actually address what you were looking to improve.

At Perspective Physical Therapy and Performance, we take things to the next level because not only do we spend 60 minutes with each patient (one patient at a time; not 2-3 patients at a time), but we take a holistic approach to assessing the body and musculoskeletal system. Also, we ask questions about your nutrition, sleep, movement habits, relationships, stressors, etc. to help start to put the pieces of the puzzle for your specific situation.

Every human being is different and the more information we have as providers, the better clarity we can provide for our patients in the plan we develop to help each and every individual return to a high performing life - whatever that means them. This isn’t your typical physical therapy experience and if you’re looking for an individualized approach to help you address chronic issues and make long term changes to change the trajectory of your life, let’s chat!
